We typically associate 5 star reviews with service that goes without any hiccups. While that would be nice in a perfect world, we often do not operate in a perfect world. How a company responds when things do kot go perfect resonates more with me. A sub contractor's truck broke down during my shipment (on the way to pick up), the company quickly found another driver/truck, this sub contractor was flexible and met me at a new location for pick up. The sit9was handled wonderfully and the rest of the shipment went extremely well. I would definitely use Hawaii Car Transport again.
