Bought a 2010 Cadillac DTS Professional Chassis vehicle from IAA Dallas/Ft. Worth location and had to deliver car to Buffalo, NY which is 1,377 miles. HaulMatch removed the car from IAA the very next day and had it to me a week later. Very pleased with how smoothly everything went from start to finish. After booking on the IAA website link, I called HaulMatch to confirm and to go over the vehicle details. Besides being over 20 ft. long, this vehicle was INOP and could not even be rolled. Customer service was very polite and professional, and they confirmed all the information with me and didn't try to up-charge me like previous transportation companies I have used... The driver called to confirm that he had picked up the vehicle the next day and kept me informed along the way. He met me at IAA Buffalo, NY so the vehicle could be forked off his carrier onto my flatbed. I wouldn't hesitate to use HaulMatch again and would recommend them to others. I initially read some bad reviews and was concerned, but remembered that most people only post reviews when they are unhappy. I took the time to write this review because I was very satisfied and to help others feel confident in choosing HaulMatch to move their vehicle(s).
