I called haulmatch with a quote of $312 for a pick up in West Virginia and delivery to Asheville, NC. My car had died in WV while traveling to visit family. Both online and over the phone, haulmatch indicated that we would pay the $312 quote and have our vehicle picked up within seven business days. On the sixth business day, I called haulmatch to see if there were any updates on the pickup. They said that they hand't found a driver as of yet. When I asked them if they would have it picked up on the seventh business day, they told me that they could not guarantee this, a direct contradiction to every previous interaction with them. This would not be a problem except that my car is accruing storage fees at the local mechanic while I am back hom in Asheville.

I asked to speak to a supervisor. The man I spoke with was extremely rude, even going so far as to hang up on me when I told him that I would have to give a negative review online. He could not give me any indication of when my car would be picked up or what exactly I had spent my money on. He did say he would refund the money, but meanwhile I've lost about $80 in storage fees thanks to haulmatch's dishonesty and incompetence. I could've gone with a private bidder, no third party, and had my car a long time ago.

Do not use haulmatch.com.
