I had a good experience with Haul Away. I had them transport my vehicle from NY to Michigan. Bobby my broker was always responsive when i had questions. The only reason why i did not give 5 stars is becuase they were late picking up and dropping the vehicle. I was told that they would pick the vehicle up on Wednesday between 9am and 10 am and they didnt pick it up until 4:30pm. I had to keep calling to get updates. On delivery the broker said it would be delivered on Friday but the rep from the trcuking company said it would be delivered on Saturday from 9am - 10am. The driver didn't show up until 12:30pm on Saturday. Overall i was satisifed becuase they picked up and delivered but they were a few hours and a day late. If your on a tight schedule and need it on a specific time and date this may not be the company.
