I have been shipping my car between Florida and Boston and then NYC for many years. Usually after the initial set up with the broker I could never get ahold of them with questions about pick up, delays, etc. Henry was a joy to work with, calling ME to make sure all was going as planned and that the drivers picked and delivered on time and that I had a good experience overall. I will always use HJM and since I run a carwash here in Florida and have been asked multiple times if I know of a good broker and I now have the answer. Thanks again Henry.
