Hi all~

Let me start by saying I am not one to ever submit a review on a website for any product or service, but Henry Mezzetti over at HJM Shipping deserves one from me. I cannot stress enough how much he helped make sure my experience was a positive one. Henry was there day or night ready to take my call and when he needed to seek information and get back to me he always kept his word and did exactly that. People these days are not honorable with their word and it was refreshing to have worked with Henry as he is a stand up guy.

I, like you, was apprehensive about using a shipping company especially when I did my research. When you start to dive in you see so many warnings about fraudulent activity. I am just like you, thinking the same things as you and let me tell you I was skeptical in the beginning. When you never meet a person in the flesh it is always hard to trust them. Henry is easy to talk to and work with. He is a straight shooter who told me without all the fluff the way it is. He held no words for fear of being overly sensitive or anything which I respected. My shipping situation changed several times due to my relocation battle between 2 different companies and different states. Henry can attest that I put him through the ringer changing dates, times, and states from one day to the next. He had to arrange 5 different carriers and cancel them as we moved through the processes. He was never unprofessional and was always empathetic to my situation. There were times when he had bids from carriers that didn’t meet his standards and when they came in he was transparent with me. Telling me about the driver, their record, and even provided me with their direct phone numbers for me to call them and assess. He would tell me his professional opinion and allow me to decide for myself. Trust me you will not find another shipper that helpful or that honest. He took his service very personal and with pride. He treated me like a person and not a dollar sign.

I know many of you might be reading this and saying, but how do I know this is a true review. Let me tell you see for yourself. Call Henry and have a conversation with him. Ask him any questions you want express your concerns and don’t be afraid to speak frankly with him. You can even ask him about me and my move as I am sure it is one of the more colorful stories in his shipping history. I know that there may be other companies out there that are honorable as well, but if you get anything out of this review I would encourage you to save the time and give Henry a call. Start with him before others. He is willing to work on the price with you and definitely is flexible to your needs. I know that any time I need a car shipped again in the future I will call Henry have a laugh and feel safe that my vehicle is secure.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
