After several offers and confirmations from other vendors to pick up my truck from Ohio to MN, none of them came through on their promises. I was hasseled and tossed around for two weeks with no truck ( i.e., POW Transport). I finally called HJM Shipping and spoke to Henry. He was very professional and understood my frustration, it was a Friday afternoon and he got to work on my quote and kept me updated via email and phone all through the weekend, by Monday morning at 8am, I had confirmation from Henry that my truck was being picked up and will be delivered by Wednesday the latest. I got my truck on Tuesday, a day earlier. HJM Shipping should serve as the model for auto shippers on Transport Reviews. I highly recommend Henry and his shipping company, he's a great person, easy to communicate with, and most importantly, delivers on his promise.
