HJM Shipping was GREAT!!!!! Henry was available tro help at any time even with west coast to east coast time differance. Shipping was on time, no damage, service he provided was top drawer, excellent. Henry was stright forward with answers, which were accurate with the truck driver. His communication was right on, fast and sometimes 3 way. NO confussion, delivery was on time with in 1/2 hour quoted, service was great. Will use again.
Car was shiped fron Fresno to Seattle. My car was not running in need of total restoration. This was not a issue, car was delivered with extra parts inside, car was placed where asked, final cost as quoted. Very happy with HJM total experiance. Have recommended to others, fair pricing Henry understands what customer service is and dosent dissapoint.
Car was picked up at time and day quoted, transport was 3 days as quoted, arrived with in 1/2 hour of time as quoted. I was only available for 1 specific day and was concerned about delivery. USE HJM Henry really was able to come thru for me with no dissapointment. Car was delivered with no damage which i was suuprised at due to condition of car as it was shipped. old wood frame top was a concern, not 1 piece was lost or missing. Tie down was fantastic. Henry's team does a excellent job.
