Tough assignment and Henry came through

This is the 3rd time I've used Henry for shipping a vehicle. And this time was when he really proved what a dedicated professional he is. I have read a lot of reviews on this site and it seems that people complain when something doesn't go exactly as planned with their shipment. Well, guess what - in shipping, things go wrong, alot. The difference is when the person you are dealing with takes care of things, and Henry went above and beyond on this job.

I bought a non-working antique truck from a seller in a small town in Oregon. It was difficult to find a truck to take the job, as they like to go for the easy work, even if it means less money. Henry stayed on top of things, worked his connections and found a reputable firm to haul my truck. It cost a little more than we planned, but that also happens in a market like the shipping market, where day-to-day fluctuations in fuel prices, loads, etc, can influence the price. The trucker also went above and beyond, getting the truck here safely and working hard to get it on and off the carrier without any damage even though it had no brakes and a non-working engine.

Based on this and my other 2 experiences (which were much easier than this one) I have no qualms recommending Henry as a broker. Henry, thanks again and talk to you in the fall when it's time to move grandma's bug back to Florida!
