I do not know how anyone can rate this company as a 5-star shipping firm. I first contacted Henry on 12/26/12 and asked him to pick my car up on 1/9/13. After repeated emails and phone calls, he could only find one trucking company, which asked $150 more than my agreement called for. It was apparent that he was not going to find anyone to transport my car. I requested a refund ($210 brokerage fee). He said he will speak with his partner and call me back. I am still waiting for his call!
In short, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Robert
