Never done this before! I came to this site first and read a lot of the reviews. This was a great start but not enough. I got to talk to several brokers and found Henry and one other to be very forthwith, knowledgeable and patient explaining what would be expected. To choose between the 2 brokers that seemed the most "on it" I went with HJM because of the genuine nature of Henry. I felt like I knew who I'd be working with as best as possible. It was the right choice because he got us connected with a trucker right away and when our address required our car to be transferred to a second truck for the less travelled part of the journey, Henry ensured that there was no lag time between the hand off. Henry was very reachable as I had questions throughout the whole process - even after hours. I would definitely use HJM again and recommend him to anyone I know needing to do car transport.
