TERRIBLE!!!

Sept. 6th my credit card was charged the full amount of quoted cost to transport! I advised Guardian the amount should be for the deposit only. They said it was done in error. Never picked up my vehicle as stated, they always led me to believe they were working on transport just at the moment I was calling and should have a truck for me the next day. That never happened either. On the 22nd of Sept I canceled with Guardian and ask them to credit my card immediately. They said they had processed a credit and it would take a couple days to show up. My credit card co. said differently. No credit was processed by them and suggested I file a charge back against them, which I did. Wish the poor reviews of this company were posted at the time I retained them.
