I called on 9-18-2012 to schedule an auto transport to IL for my mom. Spoke with David. Was quoted a price and paid the deposit($195). Was told car would be picked up in 7-10 days with 5 or 6 days transporting. Guardian Auto Express had no problem immediately taking my deposit and have not heard from them since. Tried calling 3 times and no return call. Very poor customer service. Car was still waiting to be transported to IL 10 days later. Do not use Guardian Auto Express, poor customer service, not honest, not prompt in getting back to you.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLES! in addition, i have been waiting on my deposit for over 8 days, David promised it would be 4-5 days for my refund but have not seen it! in the process of putting in a fraud charge against them.
