The customer services was great until the company was paid. Then I was given a drop off day and time, took off from work, and I waited. No one called me with any change of plans. I had to call the office, they had NO idea where the truck was. The next morning I had to call again. The dispatcher had NO idea where the truck was. And I waited. All day. Another day off from work. I was told this was very unusual, everyone was very sorry, and I was 'promised" my car would be delivered THAT day. At 5:45 pm the truck driver called. He was in Dallas, and he would not be to my area until the NEXT day and he had NO idea what time that would be. No one from the shipping company ever called again to follow up. As I said, once the bill was paid via my credit card, there was no concern for customer service or that I had to take a day and a half off to wait for my car.
