Contracted with this company on 3/26/13 to ship my sons car to Anchorage. Their quote was $500-$900 less than average for the haul. I paid them with PayPal as requested. My contact Jeff was VERY responsive right up to the point I paid them. Then he got scarce. They were supposed to pickup on 4/5, a no show then rescheduled for 4/9. No calls to me, then another no show. Mechanical Problems with Truck" Set off my BS meter and then they cancelled. I asked for an immediate refund to my PayPal account. They delayed and I filed a dispute with PayPal. That pissed Jeff off. Instead of issuing an immediate refund, he blames me for the delay. After 4 days, he refunds the PayPal by eCheck because his paypal account does not have the funds. Well his bank account was NSF because his eCheck bounced. Jeff is much better at making excuses than shipping cars.
Still Waiting.
Lessons - Don't pay by PayPal...(I prefer Amex) Don't use GroundForce One to ship anything
