Well Let me start off by saying This is the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with any "business". We contacted our broker az affordable transport the owners name is khalil azeez He set up the door to door pick up and delivery of our 2000 mazda millenia. First of all let me say that he took more than the amount he was supposed to take off of our credit card not letting us know that paying extra in advance does not change the amount that we have to pay the driver when he gets here. He then sets it up for dave pierce owner of grizzly auto to pick up our car. We finally get in contact with Dave 2 weeks after he was supposed to pick the car up he tells us he will pick the car up on Friday .We dont here from him all day Friday. He calls at midnight to say hes not going to pick the car up because he has 8 mouths to feed and has'nt had a raise and we're not giving him enough money. My husband tells him please pick the car up I haven't had my car in weeks. He says he might if some other higher paying customer cancels and hangs up. Ten minutes later he calls back and says if someone can meet him with the car he will go ahead and take it. So we go ahead and have our friend drive the car 30 minutes out of the way to get it to him even though the contract says door to door. Big Mistake!!!!!! He gets the car and pretty much as soon as he gets it he tries to squeeze us out of more money .Dave Pierce tells us to get our deposit back from Az Affordable transport and give it to him which is rediculous and az is saying they wont give it back not even the extra that was taken off my credit card in the beginning. We then tell Dave we will not give him any extra money outside of what the contract states. He says well my truck just broke down see you in two more weeks, We have not heard from him since we cannot reach him and he will not return our phone calls. We are a god fearing family and have never been treated this way nor felt so helpless. I wish we had checked this site before.If any one else has been treated this way by az affordable or grizzly auto transport please feel free to email me and maybe we can share information .
