I used them to ship my car. While it arrived, it was 1 week later than quoted and more than 500 dollar over what they promised. They then told me they would of course refund the deposit as it was so much trouble. They did not do as they promised only refunding part of what they got back from the driver for being late. It also took 2 months to get the refund with constant calling. I got all sorts of excuses like they refunded to the wrong card and that they sent the check to the wrong address. They were unresponsive and did not deliver on what they promised and did nothing to make it right.
