She connected with me every step of the way when I had questions. Nicole, the driver was phenomenal and super accessible and friendly! The late rating is by no means negative for the driver because there were snow storms all along the East Coast, and she still got my car here in perfect condition! This was my first time shipping and automobile from state to state let alone, this is my very first car!
