Gino was my contact person regarding the transport of my car from the Philadelphia area to my home in Western Springs, Ill. He had excellent communication skills and kept me informed every step of the way, notifying me of approximate times of pickup and delivery. He also was kind enough to call both my daughter and myself with the above. Gino was professional, informative and friendly. All in all, it was a great experience. This is the second time we have used Great USA, and would definitely recommend their services, and particularly, those of Gino!! Thank You!
