Unfortunately in this business we are not always able to get vehicles dispatched to be picked up within a customers time frame. This was the case with Chris and his wife. Chris is the one that decided to cancel with Great American after we had the vehicle dispatched. The problem that we have is when competitors coach customers into writing nasty reviews that are not completely accurate. We have dealt with William Avrich at Transport Connection in the past. In fact, the review from 3/27 is speaking directly about him. Google search his name and tell me if you would do business with a man convicted of fraud. We wish that we could have helped Chris and his wife in transporting their vehicles and our number one goal is still customer satisfaction. We are always looking to improve our business and appreciate the feedback.
