Bid process through uship was quick and painless. Email questions were answered promptly by Great American staffers. Cell phone of actual driver was given out. Driver was courteous and prompt and arrived within 30 minutes of projected arrival time...even though most of the freeways around my area do not allow big rigs/transports. Would recommend and use again if the situation arose. Price was very fair and considerably less than average bid received.
