Ken called often to let me know when he would arrive. upon arrival he was extremely professional with the bike and took great care to ensure i was satisfied with every aspect of the delivery. while dropping off my bike, he took time to explain to my son the ins/outs of what a transporter does and was very accomodating. Very friendly, trustworthy and if any of you have the chance to meet Ken, it will become very apparent that you made the right choice in using Gran T.
