Broken Truck Caused Many Many Delays!

I had originally schedule to have my car picked up on October 30th, a Tuesday. On Thursday of the previous week, I called to make sure everything was ok with the order, at which time I was told that the car would be picked up that same day. I rushed home to meet the driver at 7pm, at which time I called again, and was told that the driver's truck was stopped at weigh station and was being held there until a part could be flown in. I was assured at 100% confidence that a Friday pick would occur. On Friday, I call again, and am told that the parts aren't available and it would have to be Saturday.

I told them that I was not going to be around on Saturday and that Sunday would be ok. On Sunday, I call them and they say the truck is still not fixed and that they are certain it will be be picked up on Monday. On Monday (today), I have still not heard from them and the driver has yet to return my calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They seem like ok people, but it's ridiculous that they do not know when one of their trucks will get fixed, despite telling their customers "it will be tomorrow for sure."
