Very Disappointed

I have to say I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Goldwing Auto. My Grandfather passed away back in December and left me a 55 Chevy Belair. Unfortunately he lived in CA and I live in CO so I contacted numerous transport companies to figure out how to get this car back to CO. After much research I decided to go ahead and sign a contract with Goldwing. I felt confident in the agent and his knowledge of the process. I made arrangements to travel o CA on the agreed upon date the car was to be picked up and even verified the day before I left that everything was on schedule. “No problem” was all I kept hearing. I was assured over and over again everything was fine. I made my journey to CA and after repeated unanswered calls to the agent I was working with I finally got through only to be told that the trucker wasn’t able to pick up my car and I was assured that by the end of my 5 day stay in CA it would be picked up. On day four and after repeated unanswered and unreturned called I finally had to start the research over again and find another trucking company to help. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed and the inability to even return a call. I ended up having to prolong my stay four additional days and ended up paying twice the original quote from Goldwing not to mention the excessive amount of money spent on extending my travel just to get the car dealt with. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone.
