I had a very nice driver for my experience. My vehicle was delivered on the exact day that he had quoted me upon pickup. The only reaon he was delayed several hours in delivering my vehicle to me at the scheduled delivery place in FL was not his fault, but because another custojmer made him wait for her 3 hours! He had to take several cars off the trailer to get hers off as she told him she would be there in 15 min. and it was 3 hrs. My driver kept apologizing, but it was definitely not his fault. It was a very rude customer!!!
