I had not pkanned to send my car back to New Jersey. At the last minute we realized we did not need a car sitting at our home in Florida not being used. We called Lou whose company at that time had brought our car down to Florida. We only had a 2 day window to have the car picked up and they were there within the hour they said they would be there. They were able to pick up my car inside a gated community. I did not have to drive my car out of the gate to have it transported. My only negative comment was that I expected to have it delivered a little sooner. It did arrive in great condition so I have no complaints about that!
