I had a real bad experience before with a transport company telling me what I wanted to hear and reality being different. I was reluctant this time, but didn't have the time to take a flight to NJ and drive 12 hrs back as I had a military trip coming up on Monday. After being hounded by the hounds to get my business I talked to Ted on Friday 03 May 13 and he said I can have a truck pick up your vehicle in about an hour or so let me make a call and I will call you back shortly. He called me back and said your car can be picked up from the dealership in a little while and I will have it to you by 0800 Monday mornng 06May 13, and my driver will call the dealerhship now. I gave him the dealership contact information.

I told him I had a trip for the military and if they couldn't get me the car let me know so I would have time to make arrangements for a rental car. He assurred me I would have it no later than 0800 Monday morning and possibly before that. He then told me that a mans word is his bond and he was giving me his word that I would have the car when he said. Reluctantly I agreed to the deal and signed the contract and gave the deposit as required.

A little while went by and maybe because of my previous experience with being told " I have a truck in the area that can pick up your truck and deliver it to you", which actually took 10 plus day, something told me to call the dealership. I am a big believer in TRUST but verify which I did. Guess what happened.... I received a email from the contact person at the dealership telling me that my new vehicle left there 45 minutes ago and ENJOY IT! SHOCKER

On Sunday I received a phone call from the driver asking if how early tomorrow (Monday) he could deliver my new car. I said the earlier the better. I received my car as promised by Ted and it was in great shape. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with shipping a vehicle and I have done a few in my military career.

I highly recommend Golden Auto Transport LLC especially for the military people that are transfering. I say give them a call and talk to them as they were very friendly and customer oriented. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Ted and this process. TED MY WORD IS MY BOND ALSO!
