Ellen provided excellent service and consistently returned phone calls in a timely manner. She handled all of my concerns and responded to all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and was and about my chances of securing a truck based on the bid. Lovett transport was very professional and provided a fair amount of lead time before delivery. My truck was delivered earlier and with a smile. I would recommend Ellen and her time to any of my friends and have done so already.
