My experience with Gold Star Transport was nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, everything was handled in a very professional manner and dealing with Ellen Kealey was a pleasure as she was the only person that was truly interested in helping me with cost on getting this car back to Fort Riley, Kansas where my pregnant daughter-in-law was waiting for it as my army son is currently in Iraq.
In summary, I could have paid another carrier but I am convinced I could not have gotten the service from another carrier that I received from Gold Star Transport. The kind, courteous, and caring attitude that Ellen Kealey exhibited, during this differicult time for me, made me feel like I was dealing with a friend instead of just a company. I will definitely recommend their services to others and use them again should I need an auto transportation company.
