I don't write reviews nearly as much as I should, but I could not let my experience with Gold Star Transport go untold. Ellen is on top of everything and is extremely efficient and professional. When I called Wednesday with no particular rush, she came back in 15 minutes with a truck ready to leave in an hour. I was told it would be at my door no later than Friday, and it was at my door first thing that morning. The driver she chose had great communication- at my request he promptly let me know when he was 2 hours out. 30 minutes out and when he was arriving. I was extremely uneasy about transporting the Mazda CX-5 up from Florida and expected lags and uncertainty, but this could not have been smoother or more positive because of Ellen.
