Transport cost nearly doubled during acceptance of contract but would still use again??????

Strange but true ... I would however still consider the broker honest.
I was mis-quoted initially on an open-carrier rate from Pa. to Ma. ... Price nearly doubled upon final acceptance but "Bruce" made things right when he managed to book an honest transporter with an enclosed container.

Rate for an enclosed container was a bargain considering so I don't feel cheated.
Bruce was up-front with the error before-hand so the final decision was still up to me before comitting.

Overall experience very good ...........

Bottom-line ... Yes, I would still use them again!
