Being the owner of GST I have to respond to these reviews and I try to just place the facts out there and hope that the realistic view of what has transpired will come through. My client booked his transport on Feb 28 2018 for a pick up in April 2-5. There is no need to communicate until that time arrives yet I am available for anyone day and night thru my cell or email as previously confirmed by years of reviews.
If you need me I am available. Finding and dispatching a long distance carrier is always contingent on what carrier may be available at the time of your need and all carriers run at different rates. This is always explicitly explained and is in writing ahead of time. Pick up and delivery dates are also contingent upon the carriers availability and are clearly outlined in writing. I am a dispatcher of services, I cannot make a carrier be available exactly when you need one but to the best of my ability secure the best most qualified carrier for you. If the rate is not something you are comfortable then I continue to seek out the best option for you. You are not bound to accept the alternative but most times it fits the schedule as it did with this customer. He accepted and signed to have the order scheduled.
This order was dispatched on April 5th and picked up on April 6th, I waived additional fees on my end to assist with the booking. Delivered 10 days later in impeccable condition and communication with carrier was outstanding.
I apologize for this being the worst experience you ever had.
