My '39 Ford Std Coupe was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Evidently during the trip to AZ a tie down strap from the car above got loose and whipped back and forth and damaged the right front of the roof and door. The driver reported it to me as soon as he delivered the car. He asked that I get a quote from anyone I wanted and fax him the quote. I did , and he sent me a check for the damages. Accidents do happen, and in this case it was handled properly.
