I went online to request quotes for transporting my mother's vehicle from New Mexico to Michigan with approximate dates. The day after I requested the quotes, Ellen called to let me know she would be emailing her quote. She also warned me that I would receive a flurry of calls and emails. She was certainly right about that. Her quote was not quite the lowest, but was nearly so. Ellen sent emails but didn't call daily like the other companies have. In fact, I am still receiving calls from the other companies! Ellen did exactly what she said she would do, had excellent follow-up, and dispatched a dependable transport company to move the car. Estimated length of the trip was ten days, but the car arrived in eight days, in perfect condition. This was the first time I have had a vehicle transported and may be the last but if I ever need to again, I would call Ellen.
