First I would like to say thanks to Ellen of Goldstar Transport. I was REALLy hesistant on picking a shipper, because I had never done it and I kept hearing so many different stories. Gold Star Transport not only had the cheapest quote for my car, but got is done immediately. You are often told that if the quote is too low you will be waiting forever to have your vehicle picked up if it is ever even picked up. When I finally made a decision to use Gold Star, Ellen literally had me a carried before I had even sent over my contract! I thought she might be stretching the truth a little, but she really did. I had my paperwork in to her on a Thursday or Friday and my car was picked up on Tuesday in Michigan and arrived in Las Vegas on Sat. Low cost, no problems with carrier, no items stolen from my car or anything! But best of all Ellen answered all my calls and questions and actually returned my calls when I left messages!.
Great service and great communication. Best of all great prices, because my quote from Gold Star was 875, everywhere else was 1095 -1295. They say dont go with the lowest rate, but I did and I had NO problems. Thanks again Ellen, I honestly must say you did a GREAT job. I wish Gold Star Transport the BEST Success in the future. Keep up the honesty and the good work
