This was the first time I purchase a vehicle without physically seeing and driving it so I was nervous about the entire process. Ellen at Gold Star took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the Transport industry and the whole process step by step. My price of $700 was not the lowest quote I received, it was Ellen's selling skills they earned her the business (i personally have been in sales for over 30 years and by nature critique selling techniques) She quickly contacted a Carrier (TDK) who promptly picked up the vehicle even sooner than I would have thought possible, they followed my requested instructions of placing the convertible on the top tier of the transporter and promptly delivered my car on time. Ellen kept me informed as to when they would pick up, who was delivering and how to contact them. She has earned my future business.

Vehicle picked up on Thursday in Florida, delivered Sunday Morning, could have been on Saturday, but I was unavailable.
