I am 22 years old and this was actually my first time trying to get my vehicle shipped from another state. Although my dad advised me to just wait and save money, and that most transport companies are out there to scam you out of your money, I quickly learned that he may have been right. I had to cancel with two companies for being sketchy with delays and not answering their phones or emailing me back. Then I finally gave Ann a call with Gold Star. They had great reviews and sounded like a good company. My first phone conversation with Ann was about a 15-20 minute conversation of her telling me about the business and how things worked, and didn't once push me on using their company. I felt comfortable with this and finally booked with her over the next couple days. Although I did also have to cancel with Gold Star as well, because my dad arrange to just have it driven here, she was very helpful and kept in close contact throughout the whole wait time for pickup. And once I did cancel she was happy that I got it figured out and assured me that I would not have to pay a fee. The main thing that I liked about dealing with this company is that she was completely honest and talked to me on a personal level. I felt very comfortable going with this company, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. I will definitely use it myself if I ever came across this situation again.
