This is the first time I ever used a transport company and did not know what to expect. Ellen Kealey called back immediately and took my information. She found an enclosed transport for me the next day. The sidecar was picked up the day after that, I think it was a Tuesday and the estimated arrival was to be the following Sunday or Monday. I received it on Saturday earlier than expected. Ivo from the trucking company was very helpful and very professional in delivering the sidecar. It was a very positive experience and would use this company again in a heartbeat.
