This was the 2nd time I've contacted Goldstar for a car transport. The 1st car didn't work out, but I kept their contact info in my phone as I was most impressed with their competence, friendliness and great service. Their price was also better than anywhere else I checked, especially when you consider their other great ratings. The other nice thing was I didn't have 20 strange people calling me back to see if I'd shipped my car yet like when I tried a different on-line car shipping search. Ellen was more than patient with me - I had lot's of questions and last minute changes as this was my first time shipping a car myself. It all turned out great in spite of my apprehensions and I would definitely do this again rather than risking driving such a great distance in an unknown car. Car turned out great too, Chantilly Audi was so nice to deal with, thanks Stef.
