I had never had a vehicle transported before and was rather nervous about the whole process- pick-up, timing, insurance, etc. I had a hundred "what if's" going around in my head. I called with questions, then called again, and yet again. Each time I was met with the same patience and courtesy. The communication was always clear and any required call back came quickly.
Goldstar is appropriately named because it gets a GOLD STAR. The delivery was a day delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that were not within their control, as well as my preferring to take delivery during day light hours. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely use the company again.
