Not Bad but I was expecting more from a 5 star company

Well, let me try to describe the circumstances under which my delivery took place. This was the 1st time I was shipping my car. I was moving from NC to MN. After moving into the new location I had to stay there for 1 week and then I had to go to Chicago for 3 days. So I needed to receive the car either within the 1st week or it had to be 3 days after that. Therefore the time of delivery was very important to me and I was okay on negotiation on the price.
Based on the feedback and ratings I decided to go ahead with Goldstar. I would not say that I was 100% satisfied with the service but there were some good points which I'll try to sum up below.

PROS:
1) Honesty - Ellen was very clear about the quotation that she mentioned initially. Although it went a bit higher than originaly disclosed she explained the reason for that.

2) Attitude to adjust based on the customer requirements - I was leaving NC and kept the car at my boss's place (who stayed nearby to Ellen's house) and she agreed to pick it up herself from there. She also offered me to keep the car at her place, since I was supposed to be leaving NC before a driver was available.

CONS:
1) Communication - Considering a 5 star company, I would say that the communication was very poor. I was given the personal phn #, however it was not of much use, as most of the time neither the personal nor the office phone were picked up. I hardly received call back from them even after leaving repeated voice messages. There were not much reponses to my emails as well. Infact although I was told that I would be notified once the car was dispatched, I came to know about it only when my boss had to go to her place and follow up. I felt that the commitment of the delivery was done before actually having a driver available. And I believe because of this reason the over all price went up. I can understand the nature of this business is somewhat dependant upon the availibitly of a driver; however all I expected was proper timely communication. The only time I used to get an update was after I did some followup.

OVERALL FEEDBACK:
For my next move I would like to try some other company because I don't think I had a 5 Star experience with Goldstar. Depending upon my 2nd experience I may or may not do business with Goldstar in future. The reason why I may do business with them again is because the car was eventually delivered in proper condition (which end of the day matters the most).
