Well we first want to say we are sorry for the issue with picking up your vechicle. Here at Global Transport Services we don't except any deposits up front, we only collect at the time of pick-up, for reasons such as this, the truck we had dispatched to pick-up this car broke down and could not be fixed in a timely matter. We notified the customer ( Kevin G. ) and explained to him the situation, and even offered to ship it for less, because of the delay, but Kevin G. did not want to give us the time of day, so he said cancel his order and we did. We're very sorry Kevin that we were unable to meet your needs, but we do explain to all customers that things might occur and delay the transport of your car, such as ( weather, breakdown, or road issues, etc. ). This is the reason we don't ask for any money up front, only once we have picked your car up and its on the carrier.
