Chenel and Chris were great to work with. They gave me a fair and honest quote up front and stuck to it; no games or jacking up the price. They were in constant communication with me. My vehicle was a few days late but this is not thier fault. I am in the military and was moving from SC to NM and the vehicle would get there quicker than me so I dropped it off and they were nice enough to store it for me at no charge until a truck could deliver it after I was in NM to recieve it. They lined up a truck that had it arriving the day after I got there. However, when the truck showed up the driver had a wrecked SUV on top that was leaking fluids over the other cars. They refused to release my Infiniti G35 to the driver to prevent damage to my paint and then let me know. I thanked them and said I would much rather it arrive safely and take a few more days. They then worked very hard and gave me regular updates to find a truck headed this way but there weren't any for about a week which is why my car was a few days late. However, it did arrive in perfect condition and was delivered by a very professional driver. The car was dirty on the outside but that is to be expected. I have no complaints and applaud them for standing up to the truck driver to protect my vehicle. I would highly reccomend Global Pacific Transport to anyone.
