I began my search for a transport for my vehicle online. I found a sight that contacted several companies who then sent me an email with a quote. A couple of the companies I called were disorganized and could not find or tell me the quote sent via email (my test for validity of the the emailed quote), one company tried to game me by saying they already had a truck in the area and when I called surpise they did not, and of course being female a couple of companies talked down to me as if I was too stupid to figure anything out. When I called Global Pacific Transport Chris immendiately found my quote even before I was able to find my quote number again, he explained how everything worked in a polite and respectful way, and he told me the disadvantages of the location of my vehicle and it may not be easy to get a truck there quickly. I really appreciated his honesty. After agreeing to use his company Chris quickly went to work and with a little luck and good business practice he found someone to pick up my vehicle in 1 day. He did not even charge my credit card for his fee until after the vehicle was delivered to my house. The company that did the actual hauling was polite, on time and handled the vehicle with care. Chris followed up to make sure everything worked out as planned. AWESOME company to work with and I would use them again without question.
