Henry at Global Logistics promised to pick up my truck with in 24 hours after I was BURNT by Jonathan at AMERIFREIGHT ( another issue all together). The pick up was indeed late but the delivery was early ( 4 days). Henry said I could pay 1 time via credit card or pay COD but it was easier to pay with CC so we did. Trucking company was great but Henry at Global Logistics was not. Now it is Thursday and the trucking company will not release my truck until they recieve payment from Henry, who went on vacation with out paying the trucking company , now he claims he fell off a ladder and is in the hospital. I said to have someone else pay the tucking co or I could come get the check and he said to have the CC refunded and pay them myself. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Henry will only call you until you give him $$$ then you are nothing to him. Why would he not tell me he was heading on vacation and I should just pay COD and not involve him at all. Complete BS and he would flat out refuse to call me he would just send a text when he felt like it. Oh..and once he realized I was upset, he sent a text that was misspelled that said ..."I'm incapacatated in hospioatal" that is verbatim. Suddely he could no longer communicate properly I guess. Seriosly...sell your car before you use them. I still have not got my truck, it is being held ransom by the trucking company until they recieve money I have already paid.
