NO REFUND, BAD SERVICE and RUDE STAFF

This was the WORST company I had ever dealt with. To start things off they kept changing the pick up date and had to leave the car open with the keys in it. Second, they never showed up when and after they changed the dates of pick up. I contacted Mary who is so RUDE, got no where with her but I was pretty much talked down to and personally insulted, for something they have done. I then talked to the owner or who ever he is and he has said that he will return the refund and send it out "Today," that's a lie because I still have yet to get the refund. This long drawn out process began in mid November 2010, and STILL NO REFUND. I would never and will never use or recommend this company to anyone!!! The service is bad, the staff is RUDE and no REFUND.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! My attorney WILL be contacting this company!
