I called two weeks ahead of my need for pickup. I was not in a big hurry to receive my car. I was assured it would be picked up on the 13th and delivered on the 21st. On the 19th I cancelled. They would not call. My car was left in a public place and they had excuses for a driver not picking it up. Then they said more money would get someone to pick up my car!!
