We moved 2 cars from CA to MO. Art the office manager was nice, but the way they parcel out your cars to multiple halfwit carriers leads to major trouble. Our cars were filthy with tar, the inside was dirty, my steering wheel was scratched and there was some sort of scratch across my hood. It didn’t break the paint but left more of a 3’ long smudge. Having to have it professionally buffed and hoping that handles it. Do you think any one of those irresponsible carriers is stepping up to make it right?? Now that the money is paid everyone is ignoring the situation and I’m left holding the bag. Pay more; get the care and service your vehicle deserves!!!
