About a month ago; I commenced my search for an auto move from Wenatchee WA (remote location I know) to Southern California. I started off on uship and the number of quotes were overwhelming and out of my budget to say the least. The average rate was $700 but I could do no more than $600.
Than came the quote from Global Auto Transportation. They quoted me a price of $495 with a pickup window of 2-3 business days. I read their reviews and thought I'd go ahead with the contract. As soon as I submitted my order form; the service was non existent. I did not hear back from them for a week. when Jason finally decided to call, it was to inform me that the rate was not valid and he had found a carrier to move my car for $900. I was pretty upset at the lack of communication and refused to give them an additional $405.
My car is being moved as we speak with a different carrier for $600; I would not recommend Global Auto Transportation
