i got an online quote from giant auto transport 0n 4/5/07 quote no.75367 for $755. on 4/6/07 i contacted joe at giant he said for 70 dollars more i can pick your car up on 4/9/07 and deliver it the same week. i was to call joe on Sun.4/8/07 i commented it was easter joe said he worked 7 days a week so i called and called left several messages no return call. the whole week of4/9-4/13 i tried to get hold of joe he never called back finally on 4/13/07 after poor responses from all giant personel i called to cancel they put joe on the phone he said i have a truck will pick up tonite, called back said pickup sat 4/14 gave me driver name and phone no. charged my credit card on 4/13 for 130. never called the other end of the deal to tell him they weren't coming man sat around all sat waiting for them' finally i called the driver, driver had been broke down for two days even when giant contacted him. i contacted giant after several tries they kept telling me the broke down truck would get my car can you imagine a broke down truck. so i contacted broke down driver again claimed his truck will be ready on 4/18 and would get my car. on 4/20 called driver he said he was going home asked do you have my car his response no, two weeks back to square one after several more discussions and missed returned phone calls my car got picked on 4/24 and delivered to me on 4/29 24 days to get a car1700 miles consumer beware mike
